Texas Jet is currently accepting applications for the following positions:
LINE SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Texas Jet’s Line Service Technicians (LST) perform a variety of duties
related to general and corporate aviation including, but not limited
to: Greeting, parking, fueling, de-fueling, towing, loading, and
unloading of aircraft. The LST must be able to consistently comply with
every aspect of Texas Jet’s Exceptional Service Program and will be
expected to maintain the highest possible service standards in the
industry. Duties will also include general grounds and facilities
upkeep and other duties that may be assigned as needed. The LST must
abide by all Texas Jet Safety Procedures to create a safe, secure and
accident free environment.
Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months aircraft towing and fueling
experience, hold and maintain a current and valid drivers’ license.
They must have a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
or higher education. Must have excellent oral and written communication
skills and the ability to work within a diverse and fast paced work
environment. Must be willing to work various shifts and overtime as
needed including nights and weekends. Must be willing to work in an
outdoor environment for extended periods of time. Must be willing to
work in a non-smoking environment. All applicants will be subject to
Background Checks, Drug Screen, and Physical Examination. Must be able
to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) provides consistent exceptional
service to corporate pilots and passengers. The CSS must be able to
coordinate flight arrivals and departures and arrange rental car, hotel
reservations and catering as well as process credit card payments. The
CSS must be able to consistently comply with every aspect of Texas
Jet’s Exceptional Service Program and will be expected to maintain the
highest possible service standards in the industry. They must be able
to read, speak, write and understand English, work in a non-smoking
environment, be able to lift 30 pounds, have a valid drivers license,
and be able to stand, reach, walk, bend, stoop and climb stairs. A CSS
must be willing to work nights and weekends until 10:30 pm and some
holidays and be able to work overtime if needed. They will be expected
to pass a drug screen and criminal background check. An outgoing,
cheerful personality is necessary and they must be able to interact
successfully with customers and co-workers.
