"Texas Jet FTW always greets our aircraft with a CSR and lineman to see if they can help offload baggage, take our fuel order, remove trash from the aircraft or vacuum it. They do it all for us and do it with a smile. They’ll also provide us with newspapers, ice, coffee, and a car or golf cart to move pax, pilots or luggage across the ramp.
