Reed Pigman, Jr., founder and President of Texas Jet, Inc. has over 35 years of aviation experience, beginning with his family-owned company, American Flyers, the world reknowned flight school, started by Reed’s father in 1939.
Texas Jet has grown from two hangars in 1978 to 18 in 2009.
Holly Hopkins, Texas Jet’s Customer Service Manager, with her background in several different types of aviation businesses, including AMR Combs at DAL, Simuflite and Sabre, leads her Customer Service team to provide you the service excellence you demand.
Holly has been with Texas Jet for more than eight years and assisted Reed in developing Texas Jet’s Exceptional Customer Service program.
Holly was voted by pilots one of the Top Ten Customer Service Representatives in the country in Professional Pilot Magazine’s 2007, 2008 and 2009 PRASE Surveys, placing second in both the 2008 and 2009 surveys.
Reggie has an extensive aviation background, including the United States Air Force and the Texas Air National Guard. Reggie also has over ten years’ managerial experience.
